The Atmos KC25S coal gasifier is a manually fed hot water heating boiler for lignite briquettes with a rated heat output of 26 kW. Technology & Features
The KC25S operates on the principle of downdraft gasification and uses an induced draft fan to support the combustion process. The boiler body is made of welded steel sheet, the lower secondary combustion chamber is lined with ceramic material, and the rotating grate mechanism aids air distribution and ash removal during operation. Control is via an electromechanical control panel with a thermometer, main switch, boiler thermostat, flue gas thermostat, and safety thermostat.

Installation
Installation must be planned according to the boiler room, flue gas routing, combustion air supply, and hydraulic integration.
