Description

Electric heating element 7.5 kW AG 1½" with insulating separation

Compatible areas of application

This electric immersion heater is ideal for buffer tanks, domestic hot water tanks, and solar storage tanks with a 1½" male thread connection. It can be easily integrated into enamelled steel tanks and reliably provides heat as an emergency or supplementary heater.

Thanks to its universal connection size, the heating element can be retrofitted into existing systems without additional installation effort.

Powerful and safely adjustable

With a power output of 7.5 kW, the heating element heats water quickly and evenly in continuous operation. The continuously adjustable thermostat allows temperatures between 30 and 75 °C.

A fixed safety temperature limiter at 98 °C protects against overheating and ensures maximum operational safety – even during longer heating phases.

High-quality materials & Corrosion protection

The heating element features integrated insulation that prevents electrolytic corrosion, thus extending the service life of the entire system. The use of Incoloy 825 (material 2.4858) in the pipe jacket provides excellent corrosion resistance, even in aggressive water environments.

Brass in the screw head and a housing made of robust ABS plastic complete the high-quality workmanship and guarantee long-lasting operation under demanding conditions.
